LangChain docs cleanup and consolidation

• Delete outdated use-arcade-tools and user-auth-interrupts pages; trim _meta to point to use-arcade-with-langchain only
• Add comprehensive redirects in next.config.ts from old LangChain routes (including /home and /guides aliases) to use-arcade-with-langchain
• Improve the new guide by wrapping the full main.ts example in a collapsible <details> section
• Update public/llms.txt metadata and links to remove old entries and point to the new LangChain setup page
